Senior Director, Human Resources
Carr Fang serves as the head of HR at Bridge Cultural Exchange Academy (BCEA). In her role, she oversees internal and external personnel relations, facilitates communication among team members, and collaborates with other directors on personnel management. Additionally, Carr is responsible for maintaining student statistics, issuing certificates, and conducting interviews.Carr’s interest in BCEA’s mission stems from her extensive experience in cultural exchange activities and her passion for public diplomacy. She is deeply committed to BCEA’s vision of building an inclusive and accessible platform for cross-cultural communication. Believing in the transformative power of cultural exchange, Carr is enthusiastic about furthering this mission through her work. After participating in BCEA’s inaugural exchange event, Carr joined the organizing committee, leveraging her professional expertise to contribute to the organization’s goals.Outside of her professional life, Carr enjoys pursuits that reflect her curious nature. She is an avid reader, often exploring new cafes and restaurants, and has developed a keen interest in baking. Through her work at BCEA and personal endeavors, Carr aspires to promote cross-cultural understanding and communication, contributing to a more interconnected and harmonious world.
