Xinyang Zhang is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) with a major in communication and a minor in website development. During her undergraduate studies, she was passionate about promoting cross-cultural communication. After graduating from USC, she will further her education at Harvard University, focusing on the Learning, Design, Innovation, and Technology program. In the upcoming year, she will lead the development of the Global Intelligence Academy. Xinyang’s interest in the work of BCEA stems from her past research on social movements, which highlighted various strategies for implementing media that enable people to understand their societal roles and the impact of their actions. She has experience as a research assistant at the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, where she focused on understanding inclusion and diversity, particularly in how people from different backgrounds are represented in social media. Additionally, she is dedicated to building a platform to help international students better adapt to American culture.In her free time, Xinyang enjoys reading, watching films, playing tennis, working out, and making tea for friends.
